高速道路サービスエリアのトイレ掃除ロボットなど開発へ デイアロボ関西 [ロボット]
◆高速道路の保全工事のアスウェイ（大阪府茨木市、南幸治社長）が27日、関西の中小企業と共同で高速道路での作業環境を改善する「３Ｊロボット開発集団（ディアロボ関西）」を設立し、トイレ掃除ロボット「ＬＡＤＹ ＢＩＲＤ」と作業規制エリア侵入検出ロボット「仁王」の開発に乗り出すと発表しました。

３Ｊロボット開発集団（ディアロボ関西）の３Ｊには、ＪがアルファベットのＫの前にあることからロボットによって「３Ｋ（きつい、きたない、危険）を克服する」といった意味を持たせています。
またディアロボは親愛（Ｄｅａｒ）ロボットの意味で、人に代わって苦渋作業を行なうことから命名したといいます。
この集団のメンバーには加盟するのは大阪府内の中小企業や異業種交流グループ、業界団体、ロボット関連団体など11企業・団体ほか。

◆ロボットは今年度中に第一次試作と実地実験を行い、来年度に第二次試作と製品化をして販売を開始する予定です。
「ＬＡＤＹ ＢＩＲＤ（てんとう虫）」は、トイレの床面に水をまいてブラシがけ、さらに水分を吸い込むバキューム作業まで行ないます。前進、ターンを行い、今年度開発の試作機ではラジコン操縦とするものの、来年度には人がいてもぶつかることなくトイレの利用者と会話をするなど知能型ロボットに向上させるといいます。
仁王の警報システム
もう一方の「仁王」は、高速道路上の保全作業中の作業員の安全を守るためのもの。作業者退避できる距離の270m手前で、走行する自動車の速度と距離をレーダーとステレオカメラで測定し、自動車にはフラッシュとＥＴＣスピーカーへ警報スピーカー装置で警報を出します。
なおＥＴＣスピーカーには今、こうした機能がないのでＥＴＣメーカーなどと協議するといいます。
◆来年度からの販売はアスウェイが窓口になって行ないます。価格はＬＡＤＹ ＢＩＲＤが３５０万円、仁王が１５０ 万円を想定しています。
販売見込みは初年度ＬＡＤＹ ＢＩＲＤ２億円、仁王１億5000万円、さらに10年累積ではそれぞれ140億円、45億円を計画しています。
