　NPO法人地域情報支援ネット(大阪府東大阪市、幸田栄長理事長)
が、飲料水の自販機を使って地域の子供たちを連れ去りなどから守
ろうと、防犯・防災街角BOX「みまもりロボくん」を開発しました。

　連れ去りなどの危険を感じた子供たちが、自販機に取り付けられた
赤い大きなボタンを押すと、緊急フラッシュが光り、同時にネットワー
クカメラで自販機前の様子が撮影・録画されるというもの。

　映像と自販機の位置情報はインターネットを通じて同支援ネットのサ
ーバーに送られ、管理者は警備会社などへ通報して犯罪を未然に防ぎ
ます。
